best Over The Counter Sleep Aid
what is the best sleep aid over the counter to help you fall asleep and stay asleep?

I can not take Tylenol PM and melatonin does not work anymore nothing, so I'm looking for something that will help me fall asleep and stay asleep …. I used to take Ambien and that was the only thing that would help me then when I started my doc took my Tylenol PM, but half of the draw just get irritable in them and not half asleep I fall asleep but wake up every hour of the night … i nee to get some sleep rally does anyone know of something that can take over the counter that made me sleep and yes I tried the warm milk and lotions and oils lavender i tried everything before resorting to drugs

I think that beer or wine often does the job. Seriously. I'm not saying to get drunk … only drink or two. You can also try just the part the PM Tylenol PM. It's called diphenhydramine HCl and can be purchased at most pharmacy departments.
